- Accept deposits from customers, including checks, cash, and electronic transfers.
- Process cash withdrawals and ensure customers' accounts reflect the correct balance.
- Handle payments for loans, credit cards, mortgages, etc.
- Facilitate money transfers between accounts or to other banks.
- Provide foreign currency exchange services when necessary.
- Greet customers as they enter the bank and direct them to the appropriate service area.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts, transactions, or services.
- Provide information about bank products and services
- College degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures is an advantage
