Banking and Finance - No Experience Required - BPO Agent

Are you experienced in financial services, mortgage, or brokerage accounts? We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Banking & Financial Services (BFS) team! If you're a high school graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a leading company. Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling a finance-related, mortgage, or brokerage account
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Amenable to work on-site
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for banking and finance-related concerns
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction issues, and product information
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Provide excellent service and support to clients in a timely manner
