Job Summary:
The Talent & Influencer Operations Specialist owns influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from concept and content planning through execution and post-campaign reporting, alongside day-to-day talent operations including sourcing, outreach, account servicing, performance monitoring, and deliverable tracking. The role is measured primarily on conversion outcomes, designing and optimizing influencer campaigns that deliver user acquisition at an efficient cost, while maintaining strong relationships with creators, agencies, and business partners.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, Public Relations, or any related field.
- Experience:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, campaign coordination, account management, or related roles.
- Experience in social media operations, content coordination, or creator partnerships is an advantage.
- Proven background in conceptualizing and executing conversion-driven influencer marketing campaigns, including content planning, creative briefing, and performance optimization, is required.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of influencer analytics, conversion tracking and attribution, funnel and cost-per-acquisition metrics, and campaign performance reporting.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and data management skills.
