- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and refine processes for efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: More than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, excellent communication (verbal and written), and talent acquisition strategies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building relationships.
