About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in US recruitment and end-to-end hiring for technical roles.
Key responsibilities
Recruit for technical roles, such as Software Engineers, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and IT professionals
Support the US market, preferably with onshore recruitment exposure
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer coordination
Use ATS platforms and recruitment tools
Source, screen, and engage candidates
Manage stakeholder communication and relationships
Work on a night shift and follow a hybrid work arrangement
About you
Experience recruiting for technical roles, such as Software Engineers, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and IT professionals
Proven experience supporting the US market, preferably with onshore recruitment exposure
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer coordination
Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to work on a night shift and follow a hybrid work arrangement
