The Safety, Health, Environment & Pollution Control Officer (SHEPCO) is responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health, environmental, and pollution control regulations. The role oversees the implementation of safety programs, environmental management systems, and pollution prevention initiatives to maintain a safe workplace and environmentally responsible operations. The officer conducts risk assessments, monitors compliance with government regulations, leads safety trainings, and ensures proper documentation and reporting to regulatory agencies. This position supports continuous improvement in workplace safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing facility.
