Tenant Relations Officer

We are looking for Tenant Relations Officers who will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the XentroMall management, and ensuring that all tenants are adequately accommodated within the guidelines and standards of the mall.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper implementation of the company's existing guidelines and requirements about the construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure that work completed is within the specified plans and standards of the company
- Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, agreements, company house rules, and regulations
- Assist tenants in resolving construction-related issues in coordination with the Engineering and Leasing Departments
- Facilitate the expeditious processing of tenants' temporary and final clearances to operate
- Inspect tenants’ areas, making sure that the designs are within the criteria or parameters of management standards and policy
- Ensure submission of reports and documents needed for compliance
Qualifications:
- A graduate of business or other related courses
- Preferably with work-related experience in the mall or hotel industry
- Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
