Job Description
- Oversees culinary operations, driving excellence in productivity, performance, and team development through effective organization, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Upholds the highest standards of culinary quality, sanitation, hygiene, and safety while developing refined recipes, innovative presentations, and exceptional baked creations aligned with fine-dining standards.
- Manages culinary costs and controls, ensuring disciplined requisitioning, receiving, inventory management, and adherence to established operational standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive culinary experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong organizational skills with a creative and innovative approach to recipe development, presentation, and culinary excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage and luxury hospitality operations, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
