Treasury Supervisor

• Location: Corporate Business Centre, 151 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City
• Work Setup: Hybrid
• Travel Requirement: Open to plant visits in the South area as needed

Job Summary

• The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the financial and treasury functions of the business. This role ensures effective cash flow management, accurate financial forecasting, and compliance with financial obligations. The position works closely with banks, vendors, and internal teams to ensure proper financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in treasury or finance
• Knowledgeable in financial markets, business economics, and financial risk management
• Experience in dealing with banks and vendors
• Skilled in financial forecasting, budgeting, and contract interpretation
• Willing to conduct plant visits in the South area when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial and treasury operations of the business as an individual contributor
• Manage daily cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting activities
• Ensure availability of funds prior to releasing checks and payments
• Prepare check payments and maintain the schedule of releases to vendors
• Monitor foreign exchange rates, debt obligations, and bank covenants
• Draft, prepare, and maintain accurate financial and treasury reports
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and vendors
• Support financial planning and ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
