Job Title: Korean Speaker Office Staff Location: Pasig Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry / Mid / Senior Industry: Manufacturing/Electronics About the Role ZIRO INC is seeking a motivated and professional Korean Speaker Office Staff to join our team in Pasig. As part of our manufacturing/electronics industry, you will be responsible for assisting in various office tasks, communicating with Korean clients, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations. We prioritize quality in everything we do and value teamwork to achieve success. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with Korean clients and assist with inquiries Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling Translate documents from Korean to English and vice versa Coordinate meetings and maintain office supplies Assist in preparing reports and presentations Collaborate with the team on special projects and events Qualifications Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (written and spoken) Previous office experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience in customer service is advantageous Candidate must possess at least a bachelor of science in Business Course Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills Have strong problem solving and time management skills Applicants must be willing to work in ORTIGAS CENTER,PASIG CITY. Can render Over Time. Can work with minimal supervision

1. Order and manage office supplies and equipment
2. Silver boarding and management process support for new employees
3. Support temporary projects and operational tasks as assigned.
4. Business support for main tasks (D2 Project Checker, can use autocad/CAD)
5. Organize and forward incoming mail attachments.
6. Must speak KOREAN/HANGUL language. additional 15,000 PHP
7. Can do for office Building administration responsibilities.
8. Compute and manage Employees Sallary payments.

Skills and Experience

• Experience imitated as an administrative assistant or similar role
• "Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlock)
• Powerful organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and oral doctor bustle skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
