What the role will entail
- Ensures compliance through QA checks, standards, and policies
- Designs and implements audit frameworks based on risk assessments
- Conducts data-driven QA reviews and escalates high-risk issues
- Drives process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Recommends policy/process changes and manages access controls
- Supports operations with strategy, capacity planning, and risk/budget control
What we're looking for
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably any law or business course. Master's Degree is an advantage
- With at least 5 years work in supervisory or managerial role in related field
- Advanced credit and collections proficiency, for commercial and/or consumer, across all loan products
- With extensive knowledge as to banking operations, banking regulations and business operations knowledge/business understanding. Familiarity with the Bank's Products
- With high operational, reputational and customer service implications
