VP-Marketing (Pharma/Insurance)

We are seeking a highly strategic and innovative Vice President – Marketing to lead our overall marketing function and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader with strong experience in the Insurance or Pharmaceutical industry , and a proven ability to build impactful, data-driven, and customer-centric marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution
- Drive brand positioning, awareness, and market penetration
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and B2C channels)
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Units to drive revenue growth
- Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
- Manage and develop high-performing marketing teams
- Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior marketing leadership (VP / Head of Marketing level)
- Strong background in Insurance or Pharma industry preferred
- Solid experience in B2C marketing and brand management
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
- Experience in digital marketing transformation and data-driven marketing
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment
