Email Marketing Coordinator (6 Month Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our email campaigns. This contract role, based in our Manila office, will be responsible for building, scheduling, and ensuring the quality of email communications using Klaviyo and internal planning tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and format email campaigns in Klaviyo using HTML and drag-and-drop templates

· Execute campaign scheduling based on marketing calendars and Smartsheet inputs

· Perform thorough testing and QA of emails, ensuring accuracy of links, content, personalization, and rendering across devices

· Coordinate and confirm approvals with Marketing and Project Management teams prior to deployment

· Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and email best practices

· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to email setup, formatting, or delivery

· Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline email processes and workflows

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field

· Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)

· Basic proficiency in HTML for email editing

· Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to follow processes while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

· Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

· Experience working with Smartsheet or similar project management tools

· Familiarity with email marketing best practices (segmentation, personalization, deliverability)

· Experience working with global or distributed marketing teams

· Location: Manila (hybrid or onsite depending on company policy)

· Hours: PST hours (15 hours per week)
