As the VP of Talent Acquisition & Delivery SEA , you will be the strategic architect behind the high-volume hiring engine powering our largest global geography. This role is built for a visionary talent leader who thrives in hyper-growth environments and is passionate about marrying high-volume operational excellence with bleeding-edge technology. You'll be responsible for architecting and driving large-scale recruitment strategies that power TaskUs' sites across PH & SEA (Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan), while building a best-in-class candidate experience and a modern recruitment function grounded in data, AI, and market intelligence. You'll work hand-in-hand with senior leadership, influencing operational outcomes and ensuring talent acquisition is a business enabler, not just a function. What you'll do: Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Lead and scale high-volume recruitment across all PH & SEA delivery sites, ensuring alignment with business growth goals.
- Own and drive the talent acquisition roadmap, including end-to-end virtualization, automation, and AI adoption in hiring workflows.
Provide strategic direction for transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, cost efficiency, and experience design.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operations and business leaders, aligning recruitment strategies with business priorities and workforce planning.
Translate business goals into scalable hiring plans that can adapt to evolving market demands and client expansion. - Partner cross-functionally with Workforce Management, Operations, Finance, HR and other related departments to ensure alignment and forecasting accuracy.
- Champion the use of AI, recruitment analytics, and automation to drive faster, higher-quality, and more inclusive hiring decisions.
- Evaluate, select, and implement leading-edge ATS platforms, dashboards, and virtual hiring tools for scale and efficiency.
- Build a data-driven recruitment culture by establishing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for proactive performance management.
- Design a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate journey - from first touch to onboarding -leveraging digital channels and human-centered design.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position TaskUs as an employer of choice across diverse talent communities in India.
- Build partnerships with talent ecosystems, universities, and online platforms to deepen reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Inspire, mentor, and structurally lead teams across locations.
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability, coaching, and career development pathways.
- Drive DE&I hiring strategies and build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across all business lines.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, including 8 + years leading high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the Philippines.
- Proven experience building and scaling TA functions in BPO/Outsourcing, Shared Services, or high-growth tech/service industries.
- Strong command of AI-powered sourcing, automation tools, and modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Talkpush etc.).
- Deep expertise in recruitment metrics, funnel optimization, budgeting and strategic reporting.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to engage at the executive level.
- Track record of leading through change, building capability, and executing large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor market dynamics in India, with a focus on regional recruitment strategies.
- Industry background in Healthcare, Telecom, Travel, BFIS, AV or similar customer experience-led verticals.
- Exposure to hyper-growth, start-up or scale-up environments and ability to adapt recruitment strategy at speed.
- Experience with international hiring and/or supporting global TA delivery models.
- Experience in scaling recruitment efforts in all SEA locations.
