We’re looking for a Remote Medical Billing Specialist who is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident managing Medicaid billing and claims from submission through reconciliation.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the processing of full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Manage the end-to-end Medicaid billing cycle , including claim submission, follow-up, denials, corrections, and resubmissions.
• Verify eligibility, authorizations, service documentation, units, modifiers, and place of service before billing.
• Review service logs and reconcile them against claim data to identify discrepancies.
• Monitor claim status and proactively resolve billing issues and compliance gaps.
• Maintain accurate billing trackers, reconciliation sheets, and client records.
• Prepare billing and financial reports for U.S. healthcare clients.
• Assist with invoice tracking, payment reconciliation, and authorization-related forms.
• Communicate professionally with clients by email and phone regarding billing matters.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state billing requirements, documentation standards, and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Medical Billing Specialist who can confidently manage Medicaid billing operations with minimal supervision.

• Nice to have is experience in using EMR/EHR systems and Payer Portals.
• Proven experience in full RCM , Medicaid billing, claims processing, denials, corrections, and resubmissions
• Hands-on experience with a Medicaid claims portal
• Strong knowledge of billing compliance, documentation validation, service logs, units, modifiers, and authorizations
• Proficient in Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare confidentiality requirements
• Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, or accounting systems is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
