Building Operations Officer

Description - Manage the daily operations of the building to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Oversee maintenance tasks and coordinate with service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain building safety and compliance.
- Respond to tenant concerns and manage tenant relations to enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to building operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building operations or facilities management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
