Quality Management System Associate

The Quality Management System (QMS) Associate supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's quality standards and operational processes. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with quality policies, assist in internal audits, maintain documentation, and drive process optimization. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct value-adding audit by using the PDCA approach, risk-based approach, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure that all applicable clauses and requirements for each process are covered in the Audit Checklist by referring to the Cross-reference matrix, QMS Documented Management System, legal and applicable requirements.
• Ensure that all audit reports are submitted in a timely manner by compiling and communicating with the IQAs.
• Assist IQA Head in preparing Audit Schedule and Audit Plan by confirming schedules of the concerned parties.
• Report nonconformities and opportunities for improvement by assisting IQA Head in drafting and distributing Corrective Action Reports (CARE) and Observation Reports to concerned parties.
• Ensure that Root Cause Analysis is implemented properly by using the why-why analysis.
• Ensure that the Correction, Corrective Active Action, and Corrective Action Impact are implemented properly by monitoring responsible personnel with respect to the stated time frame.
• Assist the Document Controller (DC) in reviewing QMS documented management system as necessary.
• Assist the DC in ensuring that management system documented information remain legible and readily identifiable.
• Assist the DC in ensuring that management system documented information of external origin determined by the organization to be necessary for the planning and operation of the management system are identified and controlled.
• Assist the DC in preventing the unintended use of obsolete management system documented information and apply suitable identification if they are retained for any purpose.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of the company and its business performance by doing other related task that may be assigned from time to time.

• Must be a college graduate. Preferably a degree in business management, IT, or communication arts.
• With good communications (written and oral) and evaluation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be good in time management and multitasking errands
• Willing to travel to project site as needed
• Proficient in the use of standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office)
