Job Summary
Responsible for supervising civil and structural construction works for mid-rise and high-rise projects, ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and timely completion.
Job Description
- Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities from structural works through finishing and turnover.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, quantities, and work methodologies.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, materials, and site requirements.
- Identify technical issues and recommend solutions to prevent delays and rework.
- Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering .
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred/required based on project requirements.
- At least 3–5 years of construction experience , with actual exposure to mid-rise and high-rise building projects .
- Strong experience in structural, concrete, civil, and finishing works.
- Proficient in reading construction plans, specifications, and BOQs.
- Knowledge of Philippine construction standards, building codes, QA/QC, and safety requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office ; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work site-based and handle project requirements as needed.
