Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (California Market Expert)

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Backer with a proven track record in the California real estate market. This role is absolutely crucial for keeping operations highly organized from the moment a contract is executed until the final closing. If you are highly detail-oriented, proactive, and independent, this is your chance to build a stable career from the comfort of your home. Core Responsibilities:
- Transaction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
- Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
- Compliance Management: Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate moving/possession schedules. Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
- Data Management: Enter all client information into the client database.
- Market Experience: Has Experienced in California Transaction Coordination.
- Tenure: At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Execution: Strong coordination and scheduling skills. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
