Hiring: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Pasig CityWork Setup: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: PHP 90,000 – 100,000 We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead operations within a Financial Services BPO environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing operational performance, driving service excellence, and leading high-performing teams while ensuring client and business objectives are met. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations within a Financial Services account
* Drive SLA, KPI, and operational performance management
* Lead, coach, and develop operations teams to achieve business goals
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively
* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
* Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and client requirements
* Provide regular performance reporting and business reviews Qualifications * College Graduate
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a Financial Services BPO environment
* Strong exposure to SLA/KPI management, account performance, and operational governance
* Experience managing client, stakeholder, or business partner relationships
* Strong leadership, accountability, and people management skills
* Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset
* Stable employment history
