Position: Marketing Manager Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Makati City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000 Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in any related field
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in managerial role
- Experience working in Manufacturing company is an advantage
- Amenable to attend interview
- Able to start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
