- Have experience in manual tasks and basic repairs an electrical
- Atleast High School Graduate
- With mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI
- At least fully vaccinated
- Willing to start ASA
A Retail Compound Supervisor leads daily store operations within a large retail facility or multi-store compound. They bridge the gap between frontline staff and management by organizing team schedules, resolving customer escalations, ensuring visual merchandising compliance, and managing inventory to maximize sales and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor retail associates and cashiers. Create shift schedules and delegate daily tasks.
• Customer Service: Drive the team to exceed customer expectations, resolve complaints, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, manage replenishments, coordinate deliveries, and ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
• Sales & Performance: Monitor daily/weekly sales targets and assist management in executing promotional campaigns.
• Operations & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and security policies across the compound. Maintain cleanliness standards and oversee facility operations.
