We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Account Servicing and Maintenance – AU Cards and Loans

In this role, you will:

• Supports our customers in raising chargebacks
•  Identifies possible fraud and helps our customer reclaim the funds
•  Identifies upcoming trends and new types of scams and fraud attacks
• Supports our customers in raising chargebacks

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Must have education standard to at least high school diploma and be of a legal working age
• Must be proficient language(s) required by the process
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Read comprehension

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
