They work closely with our customers, dealers, and international strategic partners to develop their products. Position: E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive Company Industry: Distributor Company Location: Quezon City Salary Offer: Negotiable based on experience Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift) Work Set Up: Work onsite Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms
- With leadership experience is an advantage
- Amenable to attend face to face interview (One Day Hiring Process)
- Can start as soon as possible
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Handle and manage e-commerce platforms (e.g., product uploads, updates, and overall platform maintenance)
- Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and navigation to improve conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance site effectiveness and customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns to increase traffic
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS) using analytics tools
- Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely delivery
- Oversee customer experience, ensuring smooth website functionality and high customer satisfaction
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall user experience
