Description - Create and modify patterns for thobes, ensuring fit and style accuracy.
- Collaborate with designers to develop innovative and unique thobe styles.
- Oversee the sewing process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
- Train and mentor junior cutters and sewers on industry best practices.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in garment making, specifically in thobe production.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Pattern Design, Volume Design, and Style Design.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to make a complete thobe from start to finish.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
