The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, supporting both end-to-end Workday implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements. You’ll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver effective Workday solutions and help organisations optimise their HR technology landscape.
We’re particularly interested in consultants with strong functional experience in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation ideally gained within a Workday Partner or consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Workday solutions across end-to-end implementations and AMS engagements for global clients.
- Configure and support Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation functionality.
- Gather business requirements, facilitate client workshops and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation reviews, guidelines, merit increases, bonuses and other compensation processes.
- Configure and support Advanced Compensation functionality, including compensation packages, awards, stock/equity-related processes and complex eligibility requirements.
- Configure and support Workday Recruiting, including job requisitions, business processes, candidate management, job postings and recruiting workflows.
- Provide functional guidance and recommend Workday best practices based on client requirements.
- Support configuration, testing, data validation, defect resolution, go-live activities and post production enhancements.
- Work closely with clients, HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support Workday releases, assess impacts on Compensation and Recruiting functionality, and coordinate testing and deployment activities.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and reusable delivery assets.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience delivering Workday implementations and/or AMS engagements.
- Strong functional expertise in Compensation, Advanced Compensation.
- Good understanding of compensation processes, reward cycles, eligibility rules and Recruiting business processes
- Experience working for a Workday Partner or consulting organisation is highly desirable.
- Active Workday certification in Compensation, Advanced Compensation and/or Recruiting is preferred, or willingness to complete the recertification process.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
