Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Workforce Management Testers to support enterprise WFM implementation and transformation projects.
Candidates with hands-on experience in either ADP WorkForce Software (WFS) or UKG Workforce Management will be considered. Relevant UKG experience may include UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, Kronos eTime, or related Time & Attendance solutions .
The role will support functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression, parallel testing, integration validation, defect management, and Workforce Management/payroll validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, scenarios, and test evidence based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform:

- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Regression Testing
- Parallel Testing
- End-to-End Testing
- Post-deployment validation
- Validate Workforce Management configurations including:
- Timekeeping
- Time & Attendance
- Scheduling
- Attendance
- Pay Rules
- Leave and Accruals
- Time Entry
- Workforce policies
- Test Payroll, HRIS/HCM, ERP, time-clock, and third-party integrations.
- Validate data flows, mappings, interfaces, calculations, and system outputs.
- Verify payroll impacts from time capture through downstream payroll processing.
- Document test results, screenshots, evidence, defects, and validation logs.
- Log, track, investigate, and retest defects.
- Participate in defect triage discussions.
- Support business users during UAT and parallel testing.
- Support cutover, go-live validation, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, payroll teams, HR teams, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, HRIS, or enterprise application testing .
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following :
- ADP WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite
- UKG Pro Workforce Management
- UKG Dimensions
- Kronos Workforce Central
- Kronos eTime / Enterprise eTime
- Other closely related UKG/Kronos WFM platforms
- Experience with functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
- Experience developing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Good understanding of Time & Attendance, timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, leave, accruals, or payroll-related processes.
- Experience testing integrations and validating data flows.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both ADP WFS and UKG/Kronos is highly desirable.
- Experience with payroll validation or parallel payroll testing.
- Experience testing Payroll or HCM/HRIS integrations.
- Experience supporting global or multi-country WFM implementations.
- Knowledge of labor compliance, statutory requirements, or timekeeping legislation.
- WFS, UKG/Kronos, ISTQB, or related certifications are an advantage.
