Medicare Billing Consultant (US Healthcare | CHI, PIN & PIN–Peer Support)
About the Role
EPIC Health Solutions, a healthcare organisation based in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking an experienced Medicare Billing Consultant to provide practical guidance on implementing Medicare billing processes.
We are particularly interested in professionals with hands-on experience in Community Health Integration (CHI), Principal Illness Navigation (PIN), and PIN–Peer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on Medicare billing, coding, reimbursement, and compliance requirements.
- Advise on implementing and billing CHI, PIN, and PIN–Peer Support services.
- Assess EHR billing capabilities, documentation, time tracking, practitioner oversight, and claims workflows.
- Identify requirements relating to staff qualifications, supervision, patient eligibility, consent, and care plans.
- Share practical insights on service frequency and typical monthly patient utilisation.
- Identify additional Medicare services that may align with EPIC's operating model and patients' needs.
- Review billing readiness and identify requirements that should be addressed before launch.
Qualifications
- Practical experience with US Medicare billing and reimbursement.
- Knowledge of Medicare billing requirements and claims processes.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare documentation workflows.
- Experience supporting healthcare billing implementation or related operational processes.
- Hands-on experience with CHI, PIN, and PIN–Peer Support is highly preferred.
Work Schedule
- Location: Remote (Philippines)
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work during US Central Time (CT) business hours.
