Compliance Manager

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead our financial regulatory adherence, tax obligations, and corporate budget governance. In this hybrid role, you will enforce company-wide regulatory compliance while actively managing tax accounting strategies and budget planning to safeguard the company from financial and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end statutory tax filings, monitor changes in tax legislation, manage external tax audits, and ensure 100% adherence to tax regulations.
- Lead the annual corporate budget preparation, conduct variance analyses, and monitor departmental spending to align financial planning with compliance standards.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks, financial SOPs, and compliance standards to mitigate operational and legal risks.
-Conduct regular internal reviews, prepare compliance reports for executive leadership, and act as the main liaison for tax authorities and external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Certified Compliance Officer preferred).
- 5+ years of solid experience in financial compliance, tax accounting, budget management, or internal audit.
- Deep expertise in local tax laws, statutory financial reporting, corporate budgeting models, and financial risk assessment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience using major ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving, strong ethical judgment, and strong communication skills to enforce policies across departments.
