Analytics Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare all management reports, collect KPI data and provide Business Performance reports, including first draft of analysis and commentary.
- Provide accounting information for purposes of meeting tax compliance obligations and planning/efficiency opportunities.
- Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
- Strong data analysis and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python
- Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data mining
- Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or similar visualization tools
- Ability to develop and apply analytical models and algorithms
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in querying, reporting, and presenting data insights
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- With at least 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
- With strong background in SAP
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
