Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:
- Prepare management reports, collect KPI data, and draft business performance analyses with commentary.
- Provide accounting information to support tax compliance and efficiency planning.
- Use automated tools to extract and organize data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems in a clear, usable format.
- Perform data analysis to evaluate accuracy, quality, and meaning.
- Strong data analysis and mathematical abilities.
- Proficient in SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
- Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data mining.
- Advanced MS Excel and data analysis expertise.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
- Skilled in building and applying analytical models and algorithms.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in querying, reporting, and presenting insights.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Solid background in SAP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
