Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports, collect KPI data, and draft business performance analyses with commentary.
• Provide accounting information to support tax compliance and efficiency planning.
• Use automated tools to extract and organize data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems in a clear, usable format.
• Perform data analysis to evaluate accuracy, quality, and meaning.

• Strong data analysis and mathematical abilities.
• Proficient in SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data mining.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis expertise.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
• Skilled in building and applying analytical models and algorithms.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in querying, reporting, and presenting insights.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid background in SAP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
