DESIGN & ESTIMATE – TECHNICAL SERVICE

Location: Makati City | Office & Project Site-Based

Work Setup: May involve project site visits and field assignments

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a technically driven Design & Estimate – Technical Service professional to support the preparation, review, and execution of electrical and instrumentation engineering deliverables .

This role will be involved in reviewing tender and contract requirements, developing technical designs and drawings, supporting project execution, and ensuring that engineering outputs meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tender & Contract Review – Review tender and contract documents to understand project requirements, technical specifications, and defined scope of work.
• Engineering Deliverables – Prepare and support the development of electrical and instrumentation engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Design & Estimation Support – Assist in conceptual and detailed design activities, preliminary product architecture, and technical estimating requirements.
• Drawing Preparation & Review – Review, prepare, and issue engineering drawings and shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Design Validation – Participate in design review and validation sessions to ensure that design outputs are accurate, complete, and compliant with project specifications.
• Testing & Commissioning – Conduct testing and commissioning activities for company products, equipment, and control systems.
• Installation Supervision – Assist in supervising installation activities at project sites and ensure proper implementation of approved designs.
• Quality Assurance & Control – Perform QA/QC checks on electrical and instrumentation engineering documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Project Coordination – Support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination with internal teams and project stakeholders.
• Technical Coordination – Coordinate engineering specifications and technical requirements with consultants, equipment suppliers, contractors, and other project parties.
• Technical Service & Troubleshooting – Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repair, restoration, and system upgrade activities as required.
• Field Support – Provide technical assistance during project implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and other site activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering , or a related field.
• Able to interpret electro-mechanical drawings, schematics, plans, and technical documents .
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Basic to working knowledge of HVAC and Control Systems .
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to perform project site visits and field assignments when required.
