Product Designer

Network Design:
- Develop fiber optic network designs for various applications, including middle-mile, last-mile, and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects.
- Plan and map fiber optic cable routes, considering terrain, existing infrastructure, and potential challenges.
- Determine the optimal placement of equipment like amplifiers, splitters, and other network components.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of fiber optic technologies, including different types of fiber, connectors, and network protocols.
- Analyze network requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine optimal fiber network routes.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including plans, specifications, and drawings.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic network performance and reliability.
- Maintain and update fiber optic network designs as needed.
Location:
- Antipolo
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).
- Experience in fiber optic network design and implementation.
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, or other fiber planning tools.
- Knowledge of fiber optic standards, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with permitting processes and ROW regulations is a plus.
