Customer Service & Sales Support Virtual Assistant (Full-Time | EST)
40 hours/week | No VA experience required
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and process-driven Customer Service & Sales Support Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on customer engagement, administrative support, and light sales assistance—not hard selling.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service and is comfortable communicating with leads and clients across multiple channels. You will play a key role in nurturing relationships, supporting follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads and existing clients via text, email, calls, and social media, focusing on relationship-building and support
Assist in sales support activities such as follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and lead nurturing (no aggressive selling required)
Handle a small volume of inbound and outbound calls for follow-ups and scheduling
Manage and execute follow-up sequences to improve lead conversion
Accurately log all interactions and updates in the CRM system
Maintain a professional, consistent tone across all communication channels
Learn and adapt quickly to tools, systems, and workflows used by the team
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales support roles
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English) with a professional tone
Experience handling multi-channel communication (email, chat, calls, social media)
Familiarity with lead follow-ups, CRM systems, and basic sales processes
Tech-savvy and a fast learner (training will be provided)
Experience in social media engagement is a plus
No prior VA experience required
