Total Compensation Package: ₱40,000
Basic Pay: ₱30,000
Meal Allowance: ₱3,000
Utility Allowance: ₱4,000
Perfect Attendance Bonus: ₱2,000
Night Differential: Ten percent (10%), as applicable
Benefits: Government-mandated benefits and HMO coverage after one (1) year of employment
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and process-driven Customer Service & Sales Support Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to engage with leads and clients through various channels. This role will involve primarily administrative tasks, social media engagement, lead generation, and also calls.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with leads and current clients primarily through text, email, calls, and social media platforms, focusing on nurturing relationships and driving conversions.
• Handle a small percentage of inbound and outbound calls for lead follow-up and appointment confirmation.
• Conduct follow-up sequences and manage appointment confirmations to support lead conversion efforts.
• Log all interactions accurately within the CRM system to maintain seamless records.
• Support social media engagement by creating and managing posts, responding to comments, and increasing online presence.
• Maintain professionalism and consistency in tone when communicating via text, email, and phone.
• Adapt quickly to studio-specific tools and workflows, contributing to the studio’s outreach and conversion KPIs.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles and sales roles with a focus on engagement through various channels: text, call, email, and different social media platforms.
• Complete training is provided as long as you are techy and a fast learner.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional communication style.
• Demonstrated ability to handle lead generation, follow-up sequences, and CRM logging.
• Familiarity with social media management and engagement strategies is a plus.
