Food and Beverages Supervisor

For a Recreation and Food & Beverage Industry Supervisor role:
- Coordinate recreational activities, events, and guest engagement programs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and participation.
- Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of recreation and dining facilities to maintain company standards.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop staff schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth daily operations and adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and service areas to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities, themed events, and seasonal programs to increase guest engagement and revenue.
- Track operational performance metrics, including sales, attendance, and customer feedback, and recommend improvements when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining recreational equipment and coordinating repairs or maintenance when required.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for guests and staff through effective leadership and communication.
- Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and local regulatory requirements across recreation and food service operations.
- Collaborate with management in planning budgets, controlling operational costs, and improving service efficiency.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining professional service standards.
- Support onboarding and continuous development of employees through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare incident reports, maintenance requests, and operational updates for management review as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in food and beverage service or supervision
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and services
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management systems and basic computer operations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
