- Oversee daily F&B operations for Making Fine Group's esteemed restaurants.
- Ensure exceptional culinary experiences in our vibrant food and beverage industry.
- Maintain high quality and presentation standards for all dishes and beverages.
- Lead, train, and manage F&B staff to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Coordinate with management to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Overseeing daily operations of the F&B department, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing staff.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: This position requires individuals with less than 1 year of experience in food and beverage services or hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Operations Management, strong Inventory Management skills, and excellent Interpersonal Skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: The supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment and must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
