CSR (Customer Service) | Local Retail Account (Day Shift) with 12k Sign on bonus

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates (Bachelors Degree) are welcome to apply
• SHS can be considered with atleast 6 months BPO experience w/ experience in chat and voice support with readiness to handle blended channels.
• Have average to good communication skills – English.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Good data entry and typing skills.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and SMS in a blended support environment
• Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, and promotions for the local campaign
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and basic technical issues while meeting quality and turnaround standards
• Verify customer identity and process requests in compliance with company guidelines and local regulations
• Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor following standard procedures
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in all customer interactions
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, QA scores, and attendance
• Adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance requirements at all times
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution
