SALES TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Salary: ₱20,000.00 – ₱22,000.00
Location: Caloocan City
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Requirements
Strictly must meet qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or Management
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales training, retail sales, learning and development, or a related field
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and presentation tools
• Willing to conduct field/store visits, on-site training, and travel to different branches when required
• Open to all genders
• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Training Specialist, Team Leader, or Sales Supervisor is preferred
• Experience in retail, cellphone, gadget, electronics, accessories, or consumer technology is an advantage
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and facilitate training programs for retail and field sales staff to improve performance
• Conduct regular field/store visits across branches to evaluate team capabilities and execute on-site training
• Utilize presentation and office tools to develop structured training modules, guides, and reporting metrics
• Partner with sales and HR leadership to address skill gaps, enhance product knowledge, and drive sales techniques
