Customer Service Representative - Home Warranty (Onsite)

ClearSource is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will provide customer support for our client’s premium home appliance warranty. You will help customers eliminate the stress and hassle of many home maintenance services. We need individuals with 1-2 years’ experience strong focus on customer support who can think positively, solve problems, and deliver friendly, effective solutions.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative.

• Follow -up with internal and external customers , contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved.
• Discuss covered and non - covered items on calls , including out-of-pocket costs.
• Send emails and collaborate with departments for customer support.
• Manage recalls and open dispatch tickets .
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls.

• Attempt to retain dissatisfied customers .
• Serve as the initial point of contact for the Home Warranty Campaign.
• Answer customer questions about coverage limits and account changes.
• Process billing inquiries and payments .
• Handle pre-appointment work orders.

What We're Looking For

• At least High School or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
• Strong English communications skills
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to listen, empathize, and deliver timely, accurate solutions .
