Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Male is preferred
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Minimum of 6 months customer service or technical support experience in a call center environment
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and accomplish objectives with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude, patience, willingness to learn, and initiative
- Good judgment, customer-focused mindset, and goal-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Willing to work night shifts and holidays
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries regarding products and services, and process orders, returns, and account updates.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- At least 1-2 years of call center experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred; however, full training may be provided to qualified candidates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, typing, and navigation of CRM/ticketing platforms such as Zendesk (ZD), Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Employment Type: Project-Based Employment (until December 2026). While the position is initially project-based, there is a possibility for long-term employment depending on business requirements, project continuity, and employee performance.

- Work Schedule: Must be amenable to night shift schedules, rest days, and working holidays

- Salary Package: PHP 25,000 (non-negotiable)
