Description - Process customer invoices and payment transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining billing records and financial reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in billing processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with standard working hours.
- Responsibility and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new billing software and systems.
