Billing Associate

- Overseeing invoices using billing systems and handling billing discrepancies.
- Engaging with vendors and creative agencies regarding issues, and payment inquiries.
- Monitoring unbilled transactions and coordinate a resolution of any pending items.
- Providing accurate invoices and agreed supporting documents to clients to enable prompt processing and payment.
- Attending weekly reconciliation with the Agency Media and Finance team.
- Ensuring compliance with billing policies.
- Participating in the implementation of process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc activities identified by Management.
- Have experience of at least 1 year in billing, invoices, and vendor management.
- Are a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related Accounting courses,
- Are self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Are analytical, problem-solver and with strong attention to detail.
- Are able to manage your time and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are maintained.
- Are able to collaborate with different departments and clients.
