On-Call Food Runner

- Assist customers with their orders by clearly presenting menu specials, meals, and beverages, and providing appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food orders to customers.
- Communicate customer orders accurately to kitchen staff, with careful attention to allergies and special requests.
- Support wait staff in table setup, including arranging tableware, utensils, decorations, and napkins.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any requests or concerns.
- Clear and remove used or soiled dishes from tables in a timely manner.
- Relay customer feedback and concerns to management for appropriate action.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is considered an advantage.
- Must possess the ability to safely and efficiently carry heavy trays.
