Finance Assistant

• Transaction Management: Monitor and track daily/weekly financial transactions and collections flow.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare Input/Output VAT reports and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) filings.
• Payroll Support: Prepare Salary Reports specifically for BIR Form 1601-C filing.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecast reports.
• Collections: Conduct proactive collections by calling clients and performing on-site client visits when necessary.
• Bookkeeping & Documentation: Record and maintain check vouchers, liquidations, reimbursements, bank transfers, and online payments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills (especially for client collections).
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks under deadlines.
• Growth Mindset: A strong willingness to learn and undergo further training.
• Mobility: 100% willingness to travel for client visits and collection purposes.
