- Assist in the procurement process by managing purchase orders and supplier communications.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating deliveries.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely invoice processing and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and inventory data.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
