Accounting and Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities
* Record, monitor, and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Prepare invoices, official receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
* Reconcile bank accounts and company financial records.
* Monitor cash flow and prepare cash position reports.
* Assist in payroll processing and government remittances.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Track expenses and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
* Support financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
* Maintain organized accounting and finance files and documentation.
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
* Assist management by providing financial information and recommendations.
* Perform other accounting, finance, and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant accounting and finance experience is preferred.
Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and government compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Honest, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
