What You’ll Do:
- Supports HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee movements, and separation.
- Coordinates and processes HR documentation while maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
- Provides day-to-day HR support by responding to employee inquiries and coordinating with managers and HR teams.
- Assists in the implementation of performance management, employee engagement, recognition, and other HR programs.
- Prepares HR reports, trackers, presentations, and supports compliance with company policies and labor requirements.
- Coordinates HR activities, meetings, communications, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Provides administrative and project support, including tracking deliverables, supporting process improvements, and participating in cross-functional initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations and administration, or related functions
