Sandman Software Systems Inc. is seeking highly motivated, analytical, and ambitious fresh graduates to join our team as Business Analytics Management Trainees . This program is designed to develop future business leaders by providing hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, business intelligence, and strategic project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Business Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with different departments to understand current workflows and operational challenges.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
Reporting & Visualization:
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Project Support:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic and operational projects.
- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support management in driving initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Market & Industry Research:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
- Provide insights that support business strategy and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through organizations, internships, competitions, or academic projects is preferred.
