Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and executing marketing strategies that promote the company's services, strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. The role covers both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, events, promotional campaigns, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and increase brand visibility.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, content, and audience engagement.
• Create and publish marketing materials, including social media content, promotional graphics, videos, brochures, and other advertising materials.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate marketing activities, promotional events, and corporate partnerships to generate leads and expand the company's client base.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitors' marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage online inquiries and ensure timely responses to prospective clients across digital platforms.
• Assist in maintaining the company website, SEO initiatives, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, media partners, and agencies for marketing requirements.
• Perform other marketing and promotional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
• Proficient in social media management, digital advertising, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the travel, visa processing, recruitment, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
• Willing to attend marketing events, client meetings, and business promotions when required.
