Are you an experienced Draftsperson looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects? We are seeking a talented Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in bringing our architectural designs to life through precise drafting and technical drawings.

What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed architectural drawing and technical specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
shop drawings, system designs and other related task pertaining to shop drawings
fabrication drawings for specified parts of unitized panel
Prepare material take off
Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.
Assist in the development and maintenance of design standards, templates, and libraries
Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by providing technical support and problem-solving expertise

What we're looking for

Relevant diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting / Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years in modeling and sheet metal design.
Strong background in facade systems and sheet metal fabrication is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD software.
Expertise in Revit for 3D modeling and detailing.
Proficiency in Fusion 360 or Inventor for parametric modeling and sheet metal workflows.
Familiarity with shop drawings for fabrication and coordination.
Excellent understanding of materials, folding techniques, and assembly requirements for sheet metal.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and well-organized technical drawings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Amenable to work in Pasig and Iloilo Office.
