As a Systems Champion you will help support, optimize, and scale the internal systems and workflows. What you'll be working on: Own and embed the Systemology framework across the business Document core processes and work with team members to capture and refine systems Maintain and organize the central systems library Act as the internal custodian of how we do things here, Support leadership in building a more efficient and scalable operation Maintain internal systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Assist in onboarding users to systems, including training and documentation Develop, standardize, and maintain project management frameworks, templates, and best practices. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions proactively. Maintain clear documentation for processes, fixes, and system updates Administrative tasks that may arise on everyday operations What we're looking for: Experience with Administrative or Project Management Internship/Background is preferred Open for Fresh Graduates up to 3 years of experience Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience or familiarity with Ascora or similar systems Job Type: Full-time Position, Day Shift Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor, Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City Hybrid (Makati Office): 9th Floor, Vicente Madrigal Building, 6793 Ayala Ave, Makati City, 1229 Metro Manila Benefits:
